Which plugs should I use

2007 Lacrosse 3.8 series 3 w/50000miles. 100% stock, absolutely no mods. The car runs great. Should I stay with oem plugs and wires, or would there be any benefit to changing them out?

Stick with the OEM ACDelco plugs & wires. If your staying stock there is no need to change as these cars have very good ignition systems from the factory.
Thanks for the quick reply. I bought the car last June with 36k, now has 52k. Would it be advisable to install new plus?
If you want to pick up some iridium plugs that are called-out for stock replacement, so you know you're running some fresh ones, go for it. Use some anti seize on the threads and dielectric grease in the wire ends to provide some extra protection against issues later.

As mentioned, stock components like AC Delco's wires and GM's coil packs are very well made, so if there's no physical indication of damage, I'd stick with those. People run them up to 500+hp in these engines, so they're definitely over-built for stock needs.

.060?
On a stock engine, that's probably right. You're going to be good with something in that normal range, which I'm sure the book generally calls for.

We usually start shrinking the gap when adding boost to modified setups, which can slightly reduce mileage with less spark size for fully burning under normal conditions. Not a thing to worry about in most cases.
