Do i need a voltage regulated 12volts run to my auto meter sport comp wideband? was just curious wether the higher 14.9ish volts from the alt. would lead the guage to misread or damage guage. they dont say much in installation just to connect to 12v power source with 3A fuse. So, can i just hook up to anything on and off with ignition W/ inline fuse or do i need to hook up to something with a regulator to see more consistant 12v?

I would think that the manufacturer would know that 12V supply power is not constant 12v. I would say that it is fine to hook it to any keyed source.
