I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix Base. The vehicle just recently started stuttering while going up hill or when the engine is under a decent load. I figured out that it isn't a coil pack. When I use a obd2 scanner it reads p0171 and p0303, the car does also have 2 other codes, that being p0446(replaced gas cap and evap purge valve and still appears) along with p2430. The car doesn't appear to misfire when idle.

Sounds like it's pointing to a vacuum leak somewhere in the system that's enough of an issue to make everything angry. With the 171 (lean) and 303 (misfire) codes, I'd be very hesitant to drive it too much beyond limping it around until fixed.

Now that the car made you aware of the issue, the next step is fix it before the car says, "I told you so" by doing any real damage to itself by straining it too much while out of shape. Try finding potential leaks yourself thru visual checks of any hose/pipe you can see, cracks in/on part exteriors, and maybe do the "hose stethoscope" trick at idle to isolate your ear to just hearing for air sucking around a bad gasket, injector o-ring, vac connector, etc. Going further than that may be necessary if you don't come across the issue with these initial free steps.
