Symptoms of Fouled Plugs

Better Question.. I just pulled my Plugs and they're covered in Carbon after only being in the car for 5 minutes. I don't have an IC pump working because the stocker puked on me so i threw the 3.4" Back on it. With the 42lbers and the 3.4".. It's going to run crazy rich and foul my plugs correct? Too Rich = Misfires/Shaky Idle?

Test your plug wires whith a volt meter.
