Most, if not all, 3800's were 195 stock. Basically, any of those temp setting parts would run fine and act normal. Once you get below a 180 t-stat, it's potentially going to trip a code for not warming up (my drilled 160 sits right at that temp fine in my turbo engine, but the code is tuned out).
