Has anyone ever tried to run stock eliminator in a Grand Prix? I plan to work towards that when money allows. Most classes it is not too hard to move up or down, but the front wheel drive classes the weight differences are great, so i will have to be able to be under the index for AF/S.

I have to wait until my local track opens to see how far off I am and what my Grand Prix weighs.

If you GP is 97 thru 2003 it will probably weigh in around 3400/3500......
When you get to the track, you will find a serious FWD drag race TRACTION issue. Jake

I've been thinking the same thing since the index is 13.85. Would think it shouldn't be all that hard getting it under that et. But haven't found anyone who has tried.

It is a GTP(supercharged). It has all the goodies from ZZ, 3800 PRO, Ramchargers, Brian Turner PCM TUNE (excellent), 3" ZZP stainless exhaust, SLP headers, and all sorts of other goodies. And it still is a very drivable car with scary speed.......... Even your mom can drive it! Unless she gets on the gas pedal too hard.......... Jake (mr goodwrench)
