Help!
2004 Grand Prix with 3800 Series III V6. There is a plastic 90 degree elbow under the alternator/tensioner area. It has sprung a coolant leak and I'm not sure how to replace it! It appears to be threaded on one end and a press fit on the other. Can you help???

On the Series II it pushes in at both ends (O-ring on both ends). You should be able to replace it by removing the Alternator bracket. They break very easily so be careful with the new one.

Procedure is the same on the S3.

Disconnect the battery
Remove alt
Slide bracket forward and replace both elbows. Dorman part number 47065
