Is there a write-up on how to change the Pressure Control (P.C.) Solenoid?
I might be having this problem & will most likely change it.
I do have access to a Lift so describe how to change it that way.

You will need to support the engine from above, or using a jack and block of wood on the trans pan. Disconnect neg. battery cable, remove intake air duct. Remove the engine mount struts.Jack and support the vehicle, remove the left front tire, left engine splash shield, stabilizer shaft links from the lower control arms. Remove the left tie rod end from the steering knuckle, wheel speed sensor harness connector. Remove the left lower ball joint from the left steering knuckle. Disconnect the left drive axle from the transaxle. Secure the drive axle to the steering knuckle. Remove the pinch bolt at the intermediate steering shaft, remove the intermediate shaft from the steering gear. Disconnect the down pipe from the rear manifold. Support the right and left side of the frame with jackstands. Remove the transaxle mount bracket. Loosen the engine mount lower nuts. Loosen the right side frame to body bolts. Remove the left side frame to body bolts. Adjust the jackstand to the lower left side of the frame. Position the drain pan under the transaxle. Remove the wiring harness conector. Remove the case side cover bolts, cover pan, gasket and inner gasket. The gaskets are reusable if not damaged.

same procedure for the torque converter solenoid??

Yes, they are both in the same location.
