i have a 2000 Camaro t-tops, manual trans, v6. got this car in fl so it's rust free, it is banged up a bit, well quite a bit. But the price was right. i just recently acquired a l67 from a 00 regal gs. this was a running motor when i pulled it, it does have a pile of miles on it, but once again the price was right. i plan to have it rebuilt. i'm very curious about how i can make this build as painless as possible. i'm really loving your project and the progress you've made. i am fortunate to have access to this Regal still. i already pulled all the wiring from the engine compartment the ECM, just about everything. i do have a couple questions for you... was your car a throttle by wire or did you have a cable system, if you had the opportunity what would you get from the vehicle you donor-ed the motor from, and what kind of advice could you give me based on problems you've come acrossed during your build??? I think it's great that there aren't many people doing this. we will be in a class of our own, we should start a car club l67 swapped f-bodies. what do you guys think?
