I'm getting an engine built and it'll have the IS3 blower cam in it. My idle is currently stock because I had a mild cam in it before and I wanted a low idle so the cam sounded "nasty"

What is the minimum idle RPM I can run without stalling the car out with this cam?

We've tried all different settings, from stock to +300 RPM over stock. With the Stage 3 Blower Cam, most people seem to be happiest somewhere around +100 or +150 RPM. You get a nice, consistent idle and still retain plenty of nastiness.

Scott, feel free to correct me if I make a mistake here.

When we did my IS3 we started off 300 above stock. The car sounded nice, but it didn't have that nasty sound. I believe we are around 100 now above stock.

That was an (awsome) sounding clip, I had to go change my shorts. What type of cam and would that make my L36 sound like that?
