I am thinking about making the Intense 1.9 rockers my next upgrade. What do you guys think? What else should I upgrade at the same time? Valve springs? Pushrods? Retainers? Or is just doing the 1.9's ok?

1.9s would be a great next upgrade for you (or a Stage 1x cam package ), you will want to buy at least LS6 springs with those. Retainers/keepers/pushrods are optional but recommended.

With the highershift points of the INTENSE PCM stronger valve springs and either OR rods or aftermarket lifters are highly recommended. These are mandatory with a cam swap.
