I don't have it in front of me, but it must be followed precisely. And it takes time to do, it isn't intended to be done quickly.

I have been looking around on alldata and have found out that i my have to have a tech2 anyways to do the relearn. i found out that i have to restep up the bcm. i got this off the alldata web site for my car

Notes

BCM/THEFT DETERRENT PROGRAMMING

INTRODUCTION
During BCM related service, there are several procedures designated to set-up the BCM correctly. Before you start, read these procedures carefully and completely.

SETUP NEW BCM
Tools Required
Scan Tool (Tech 2)

IMPORTANT:

Failure to perform the Setup New BCM procedure, the BCM will not function properly.
Upon finishing successfully with the Setup New BCM procedure, you must proceed with the Theft Deterrent Re-Learn procedure. Failure to perform the Theft Deterrent Re-Learn procedure after a BCM replacement, the vehicle may not be protected against theft by the Passlock system, or the engine will not crank or start.
Perform this procedure after replacing the BCM on the vehicle:

Connect a Tech 2 scan tool to the Data Link Connector (DLC) in the vehicle.
Select DIAGNOSTICS under MAIN MENU.
Input all of the required data when prompted by the Tech 2 scan tool.
Turn the ignition switch on.
At the Body Control Module MAIN MENU screen, select SPECIAL FUNCTIONS.
At the SPECIAL FUNCTION MAIN MENU screen, select BCM reprogramming.
Input the correct VIN information when prompted by the Tech 2 scan tool.
After you have answered the RFA inquiry, the Tech 2 scan tool will display NOW SETTING UP THE NEW BODY CONTROL MODULE for a few seconds, followed by BODY CONTROL MODULE SETUP IS COMPLETE. If the scan tool indicates that it is unable to complete the Setup New BCM, the Communication link has been broken. Re-connect DLC connector and start procedure over.
Check for BCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and erase the DTCs.
Press EXIT repeatedly until the MAIN MENU screen is viewed.
Disconnect the Tech 2 scan tool from the DLC.
Turn the ignition switch off.
Perform the Theft Deterrent Re-Learn procedure. The vehicle will not work properly if the Theft Deterrent Re-Learn procedure is not performed.
THEFT DETERRENT RE-LEARN
Perform this procedure when:

BCM has been replaced in the vehicle and the Setup New BCM procedure has been successfully completed.
Ignition key cylinder assembly has been replaced.
There are three ways of performing the Theft Deterrent Re-Learn procedure, depending on the type of Techline equipment available:

Techline terminal and a Tech 2 scan tool (quickest).
T-50 or T-60.
Re-Learn without a scan tool or Techline equipment (slowest).
THEFT DETERRENT RE-LEARN USING TECHLINE EQUIPMENT AND TECH 2 SCAN TOOL

Connect the Tech 2 to the Data Link Connector DLC on the vehicle.
At the Tech 2 scan tool main menu, select SERVICE PROGRAMMING.
Enter the requested vehicle information, then select REQUEST INFO.
Disconnect the Tech 2 scan tool from the vehicle.
Connect the Tech 2 scan tool to the Techilne terminal.
Select SERVICE PROGRAMMING SYSTEM (SPS) .
Select TERMINAL TO TECH 2 PROGRAMMING.
Select DONE and follow instructions on the Techline terminal to Handheld Communications Setup screen.
Select THEFT MODULE RE-LEARN.
At the summary screen, select PROGRAM. The terminal will then download information to the Tech 2 scan tool.
Disconnect the Tech 2 scan tool from the Techline terminal.
Connect the Tech 2 scan tool to the DLC on the vehicle.
At the Tech 2 scan tool main menu, select SERVICE PROGRAMMING.
Answer the question prompted by the Tech 2 scan tool, then select RE-LEARN.
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and the BCM will be prepared for re-learn.
A security timer will be on for approximately 10 minutes . During the 10 minute wait period, the Tech 2 scan tool must remain connected to the vehicle.
When the PCM and BCM are prepared to re-learn, turn the ignition switch off.
Turn the ignition switch to the start position.
The engine should now start when the ignition switch is turned to the start position.
Disconnect the Tech 2 scan tool from the DLC.
THEFT DETERRENT RE-LEARN USING T-50 OR T-60

Enter the T-50 or T-60 SPS).
Select TERMINAL TO VEHICLE PROGRAMMING.
Select DONE and follow the instructions on the VEHICLE SETUP screen.
Select THEFT MODULE RE-LEARN.
Follow the instructions on the remaining screens:
5.1. The PCM and BCM will be prepared for re-learn.
5.2. A security timer will be on for approximately 10 minutes . During the 10 minute wait period, the T-50 or T-60 terminal must remain connected to the vehicle.
5.3. When the PCM and BCM are prepared to re-learn, turn the ignition switch off, then to the start position. The engine should now start.

THEFT DETERRENT RE-LEARN WITHOUT SCAN TOOL OR TECHLINE EQUIPMENT
This procedure takes approximately 30 minutes . Make sure the battery is fully charged before proceeding.

Turn the ignition switch off.
Turn the ignition switch all the way from the off to the start position, then leave it in the on position. Note: The engine will not crank.
The SECURITY will come on and stay on for at least 10 minutes .
Turn the ignition switch off for five seconds.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 again for a second time.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 again for a third time.

that is the info for the Body controll module, NOT the Powertrain Controll module (what you replaced)

the Intrigue should be the same as the GP, but the real question is, when you did the L67 swap, did you use a PCM and Harness from a different vehicle, and did you Tell INTENSE exactly what you have done to the car or did you get a boxed PCM.

yes i know that its the BCM and not the PCM but if you look at the title of it says BCM/Theft deterante programming and at the bottom it says:

THEFT DETERRENT RE-LEARN WITHOUT SCAN TOOL OR TECHLINE EQUIPMENT

Turn the ignition switch off.
Turn the ignition switch all the way from the off to the start position, then leave it in the on position. Note: The engine will not crank.
The SECURITY will come on and stay on for at least 10 minutes .
Turn the ignition switch off for five seconds.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 again for a second time.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 again for a third time.
Turn the ignition switch off.
Turn the ignition switch all the way to the start position. The engine should now start.
Check for BCM DTCs.

And that is the same as the "pcm" relearn, that intense tells you to do after pcm replacement. But I found this on All Data Pro under body controll. On the pcm replacement on mine, its a custom and not out of the box, and the wiring harnesses are the same except for the MAP sensor plug.

Interesting one! Glad you found it, strange time to have a problem. Good to note that the lock cyl has a play in all this....
