Are these re-useable?? I have heard yes and no. Like head bolts you can reuse once but rocker bolts you can reuse up to 4 times.

Stock rocker bolts are torque to yield and should not be used after the first time. Some do and get away with it but why take the reliability chance especially if your putting down some power. The 3rd gen rocker bolts from INTENSE are reusable so if you get 3rd gen rockers your good to go.

I'm not sure on the head bolts.

i was told that the head bolts like the rocker arm bolts were torque to yiled. so gotta replace them.
I've also known two people who have reused them.
its your own risk though

Well, like said above, they are both TTY. And yes, people have reused them. I would feel relatively safe reusing the rocker bolts (with some loc-tite), but I would NOT reuse the head bolts. Head bolts are torqued to a much larger spec than the rocker arm bolts, and you don't want to have to worry about a head gasket being blown because a bolt loosened a little.
