Stock rocker bolts are torque to yield and should not be used after the first time. Some do and get away with it but why take the reliability chance especially if your putting down some power. The 3rd gen rocker bolts from INTENSE are reusable so if you get 3rd gen rockers your good to go.
Well, like said above, they are both TTY. And yes, people have reused them. I would feel relatively safe reusing the rocker bolts (with some loc-tite), but I would NOT reuse the head bolts. Head bolts are torqued to a much larger spec than the rocker arm bolts, and you don't want to have to worry about a head gasket being blown because a bolt loosened a little.
