But what if you took one of these fans (that run on 12v) and hooked it up to a transformer to make it 110v.

Stick to what works. Dont get poached on unsubstantiated claims. Keep your mods simple and clean with components that have realistic claims, backed by testers who have been in the business for brand loyalty like Intense, WBS, ZZP, etc. and all the rest.

Is this a serious post? It would simply burn the fan up.

Come on, you really expect a small electric fan to create pressure? That takes a ton of power.

If something is to good to be true it is ,if you want a real turbo to make real power you are going to have to fork out some real cash!!!!!!!There is no way around that it would be nice to spend a few $100 and not a few $1000 or more!!!!!
