I recently got my exhaust system setup.
It consists of hi-flow cat, 2.5 mandrel bend piping to 2.25 y-pipe to 2 2.5 inlet dynamax super turbo's.... no resonator.
Now i'm getting a P0420 error code.
My car was running great for 2 days after I got my exhaust work done. When this error code came up, my car bogged down, now it seems like i'm hitting the governor at 4000 rpm, and no matter how hard i hit the gas pedal it wont go.
This is what i replaced so far, new plugs/wires/o2 sensor (front)/pcv valve

Thanks.

thanks for the info.
but what would explain a bog down, for 2 days after i got my exhaust work done, my car was a rocket. monday that past the SES led came on which turned out to be the DTC P0420, right after the SES y car bogged down, it feels slugish now.

how can i check if my car is running rich at any given point?

thanks again

You'll need a scanner (AutoTap, LS1M, Tech2, etc...) to see how your fuel is. The bogging could possibly be a bad cat.

the cat is no more then 1 week old, i doubt it would be clogged again.
but that's what i was thinking as well, when i first got the hi-flow cat installed i the car was running great, then 2 days later it bogged out, i'm thinking about taking it out, and punching it..... :D
