What is the procedure for changing out the dash speedo, tach, etc. background? I have a white inlay or whatever you call it, but no instructions so I don't know how to wire it or install.
I would appreciate help or a link to a site that might be able to help,TIA

disconnect battery
remove dash cover
remove bolts holding guage cluster
pull forward, remove clips holding wiring harness
remove harness
take out cluster
remove plexiglass cover
note location of needles ***** (they will have to be set in the same position)
carefully pry up needles
place inlay
replace needles,cover
run ground to body and hot to light switch ( i think purple wire)
