No start and no spark is the crank sensor... Replace it... If it was the icm chances are the injectors wouldn't pulse either... I can't believe the answers people gave you.. Make sure that gas is well evaporated though before starting the car.. With gas filling everything up the first spark from a plug will blow that upper engine apart and start a nice fire.... What a dumb ass tow truck driver.. He is there to tow the car not fix it, lol
Any final status? Curious. I have a 2000 impala that was a DD and was parked for over a year. Had to replace battery of course and its stuck in security mode...
