For those of us that daily drive our car, wouldn't it be great to leave the stock exhaust alone, and not have to worry about using a cutout...but have the exhaust opend up..automatically....

Its about the 1/2 or 2/3 of an exhaust $ wise , and combined with a 3" DP, it could seriously be the next best thing since sliced bread....

Pretty cool idea, but I think I'd rather just have a cutout that I can control myself with a switch

wow. that's very cool. i like that idea more than the cutout because now you don't have a motor to get screwed up. i wonder what type of materials the use tho to prevent rust and crap

It opens up with boost. It has a pressure sensing actuator, that opens the butterfly when it sees a certain amount of boost, coming from your engines vacumn lines.
