Just curious, is this list in any specific order?

Also, one flaw in the list - you have listed many cams as Comp Cam's (which is true) but the grind specs were design / assisted by ZZP. If you want to stay consitant with a list (which you should), either list the cam's manufacture and the vendor who spec'd the grind, or just call it based on the vendor's cam. If you take option 1, please list all Intense cam's as "Cam Motion"; thanks.

All the updates listed in this thead, and also the ones that have been emailed to me have now been applied in the first post in this thread. Thanks to everyone for helping to get all the information together!

Intake duration seemed to be the most logical sequence for easy comparisons.

Each generic grind listed in CompCams' catalog is listed as CompCams.

Wow, I never realized there were so many cams available to the 3800 community; I don't want to hear anyone say they can't find a cam that suits their needs for their 3800!

Of all these cams do you know, and can you note which of them are regrind cams (having a reduced base circle from the stock size) ?
As a few people over here with the standard lifters and rockers are having noise issues and would prefer the option of knowing if the base circle has been changed.
If I replace the cam I don't want a regrind (reduced base circle from stock).

Cheers

i think all the cams are new from COMP CAMS so they should not be reground....

I note that the ZZp VS cam in the power adders is incorrect with its cam lobe lifts.

Should read 0.320" Inlet & 0.317" Exhaust.

As per their website specs

Cheers

Overkill's SBC (Small Blower Cam). It's a stage one.

Some have called it the "lav74" cam, because I was the original user. :)

duration @ .050 210/220
lobe lift 317/317
LSA 116 +2
