I have a USED 02 Emulator. I bought it from ZZP Performance. It does work as I had (now salvaged) it on my 2002 Monte Carlo SS 3800. I had no issues passing emissions in Illinois which happens every 2 years.
It may work on other years/models but I don't know specifically which ones.
