WTB:Black canister butterfly supercharger

I have an 02 GTP which has a black canister one to manifold vacuum and other to a electronic controlled vacuum attached to a butterfly plate in the intake. First what does this valve control? Seems the car have driven with the electronic side broke off for some time and if there is damage I'm sure its already been done but the car seems to be fine. If any one has this part, I would like to buy it. Shoot me an offer to zip code 53189.
