S/C conversion for 3800 Series II

I have an 02 Monte SS and I am putting a supercharger I bought from a friend onto it. How much work is going to be needed? I hear from reading other posts that it will cost alot but I am willing to go so high for the work needed to get it on there.

ZZP is releasing that conversion I dont know when so is it even possible without that to put a S/C on my car???

I want to get it as close to 350hp in the end of my modding and I thought this would be a good start.

Most people find it cheeper and easier to swap a complete l67 motor in.

You could also wait to see how well the ZZP kit works, and how "afordable" that route will be.

For this case, wouldn't he be able to snag a set of L67 heads, the LIM, and blower, then add the ZZP wiring kit for the blower, and get the PCM and call it good? Oh, and the belt stuff for the blower, too.

This job is quite a bit of work...of the top of my head the things you will need are:

-SC
-L67 heads and lower intake
-L67 PCM probably from a newer Monte SS
-Wiring adaptor for SC
-crank pulley at minimum if not all the accessory pulleys from the L67
-SC tensioner, and 2 idler pulleys.
-Vac lines for SC
-Probably a 2bar MAP sensor
....there is more I am sure...but just can't think of it.

wat kind of SC did yu get, an wat'd it come off of?? it'd be easier to do a hang on centrifugal SC, than to change yur motor to a fac eaton blower. yu could just swap the engin an trans as a unit. ed morad has complete units, an they'er for sale on clubgp.
