3800 Isuzu Amigo

My friend was considering a 3800 swap into his isuzu amigo. We know he would need a harness and ecu and some custom fabbed engine mounts but the question here is the trans. He has swapped from the Isuzu 2.6L 4 cylinder to a TBI 3100 with a 5 speed trans. Does anyone know if this trans will bolt to a 3800 and would a Camaro flywheel and clutch work or may we have to customize the flywheel and use a 3100 clutch?
