S10 3800 conversion??

I''ve done this once before and it was a major headache!
This time I'm doing it differently.

I'm thinking about doing this swap also, it will be my first 3800 powered vehicle, I hope to use it as a daily driver and a few trips to the strip a year, What are the trouble spots? I see the air intake hitting the firewall, Exhaust? Motor mounts? Will the oil pan clear the cross member? Wiring shouldn't be a problem, Tranny from a 2.8 S10 gonna bolt up?, What else? I'm still in the planning stages so any adjustments to the plan are easy at this point.
