L67 camaro no questions, only picts

thought id let you guys in on my project that ive been designing for the past year. for the longest time many peopel have been discussing if the l67 swap was possible into a camaro or a firebird. i got sick of listning ot arguments from people with uneducated guesses as to why it wouldnt fit and never reciving a hint that it might. i set out to solve teh problems faced with it.

check some of these out. (these were taken on my camera phone sorry in advance)

Awesome...it is always cool to see what people can come up a cutting tool and a welder!

I think that the Austrailian guys can vouch for that kinda setup...I think most of their S/C 3800 setups are RWD.

You should check out http://v6supercharged.com.au/ they have designed a plate to sit inbetween the supercharger and intake manifold that lets you run a front mount air to air intercooler. You'll also see how they are runnin the S/C'd RWD setups.

How much clearance are we talking about here? Wouldn't you have to cut into the intake manifold or supercharger itself?

They only have to use a plate to allow connections to come out the side (in your case the front or back) of the motor to allow the plumbing out to the heat exchanger, right?

i shouldnt have to cut the cowl or anything, but there is so little room that even the 1in short stack zzp sells wont fit.
