well, everyone has their own way..but here is my opinion
I would drop that front tire pressure to about 26psi(start at 28 and then you can play downward from there) and pump the rear tires as high as they can safely go given the specs of the tire. Don't do a burnout, just break the tires loose a little bit to get the crud off of them.
Stall your car to about 2,000-2,500 rpm. When you decide to go, keep your foot about the same spot on the gas until the car jumps off of the line and moves. Then keep gradually giving it gas so that you are on the brink of spinning the tires loose without actually breaking them loose. You should be able to give it WOT at around 20mph I think.
I would find a country road and practice a few launches up to about 40 mph. This is how I learned to launch the car.
If you can find a RASK kit anywhere...I would get one if you don't have the ability to get coilovers. The main idea is getting all of the power to the ground.
