New PB tonight

went deep with this guys

Previous was a 14.3 at around 96 ish

so i went to the track tonight. Weather was great for making power, car was pulling like a freight train

i believe im the Fastest 3.4 FWI and PCM 00+ bonneville out there. and even faster than some guys with more mods :P

i had 7 traps of over 100 mph :wink:

with 102 traps on only a Basic 3.4 setup....im Reeeeealy happy with that

Sorry Pat I didn't see this post when I posted in the 2nd 8 second intense car. Congrats. Your 60' is what's killing you. If your trapping over 100 MPH you should be in the 13's. But it's knocking on your door buddy. With all the mods that are coming I think you have it in the bag.

Congrats! 14.1...Soooo close, I know the feeling. I went to the track once looking for 12's. Run 1 was 13.2. Run 2 was 13.09 Run 3 was 13.01 Run 4 was another 13.0?. I know of 1 mod that should put you in the 13.7-13.8 range, you guessed it SLICKS!!!

thanks guys, i know the car is making good power, and with traps like that i know its a 13 sec car no problem with traction

but i look down to my sig, and the headers are wanting to go on bad

i forgot to add, i had the tuner at the track all night, and was able to scan every run. also on the last run, i cranked the Timing up to 18*, and slapped on a 3.3 Pulley..because of traction issues, i only ran a 14.3....(2.4 60')

i had NO KR except for a small blip at the shift, and remember this is on stock manifolds and exhaust

buy your self a little dry kit with a 50-shot you should hit your number and then some ...make it a 75 and welcome low to maybe mid 13s.If i posted with the mods i have and my 100 shot setup no one could take my word anyway ... i hear all kinds of problems about thease car's and people saying nitrous kills them... ive sprayed 125 shot on a stock fuel pump 3 times.I guess im either doing it right or very lucky.

I will say me vrs my buddies 99 z28 with lid-catback-headers-and a intake he gets so pissed every time.... i get out of the whole just maybe 1-1/2 cars on him and push my little button and at the end of the race he's about 3 car lengths behind ... if he had some nittos it would be a super close race he runs 13.16 at the track and even pop off a 12.92.
