Rules Violation Enforcement Policy Change
Our current enforcement policy for rules violations is you get one warning via PM (or email) and if the same infraction occurs again you are banned permenantly. After further review by our new team of moderators we have decided to change this policy. Our new enforcement policy will be:
1st offense - warning by PM (or Email)
2nd offense - banned for one week
3rd offense - banned for one month
4th offense - banned for one year
We believe everyone deserves a second chance and this policy should allow that while still retaining some strong incentives to follow the rules. Starting today we are unbanning all the permenantly banned members of the forum and giving clean slates.

THIS IS NOT A FLAME!!!
but, will the rules be inforceable to all? Like will John F, or anyone, get warned and banned for calling people names? Ive noticed that part of the rules is frequently omitted for certain individuals.

make an example of bashers/ flamers
maybe make a list of people who WERE banned, like sex offenders...
