INTENSE announces new Customer Service Manager

Greetings,

Let me be the first to introduce myself as the new Customer Service Manager of INTENSE-Racing. Some of you already know me however for those that don't my name is Todd Allen and I have an extensive background in all things computers as well as sales. I drive a 2000 Bonneville SSEi, which is currently listed as the 2nd quickest in the US behind you know who (Not sure I'll ever catch BADSSEi). My current best time in the 1/4 is 12.98 @ 104.75.

In the coming months my goals are to help Scott improve on INTENSE's already famous customer service, provide quick, courteous, and correct responses to emails, and elevate INTENSE's status as a premiere 3800 parts vendor to new heights. Is this a new position that Intense has created? Or are you replacing someone? If so who? If you don't mind me asking.

The customer service manager is a new position created at INTENSE to help expand its already superb customer and vendor relations. Since moving to the new facility business has continued to grow and some foundational positions needed to be in place in order to support expected further staff growth. That being said the position does encompass the duties Chris Green, who decided to leave us this week, performed.

I wish you all the luck in the world. The excitment of starting a new job is always a bit nerve racking. But, it is nice to see INTENSE add to it's work force with quality people. I think the main reason most of us spend the kind of money we do with INTENSE is it's customer service, wide variety of products (one stop shopping is always nice) and rapid delivery. Once again good luck in your new position.

Im sure that it wasnt a last minute thing that Chris pulled to leave.

Doesnt sound like him.
