newbie looking for help
first off, i am a fan of the gm v6, my dad had a few 90s olds fwd cars and they just ran forever. the 3800 cars are just plain cool. however i am currently looking for info to swap the eaton and efi onto a 70s straight 6.

That's what I wanted to know. Weren't sure if we were talking Ford, Mopar, AMC, or what. That should be interesting.

i think so. i was thinking turbo, with a blow through carb setup, but i think this would be more fun. especially with the efi. just dont know what to do for an ecu. how much of the o.e. gm stuff would i be able to use. im not looking to make huge power. i have all the parts and drivetrain to do a big block swap to this car, but for now i want to keep it as a six. plans are ported head with larger valves and a small cam. maybe a header. i started with a bigger carb and mandrel bent 2.5" single exhaust. made a good improvement but not quite good enough.
