Are cooler plugs needed?

Quick question on spark plugs. I have yet to drop to cooler plugs after doing the pulley and pcm upgrade and wanted to know if there is any longer term damage that could arise from this. I recently had the stock plugs replaced but have some autolites 104 on standby. Should i go ahead and replace them or am i in the safe for now.

a colder plug 104 is better than stock, scan the car and see if you have any KR if very little the colder plug could remove the KR
