Looking For A Little Info For Somebody........... Had A Hole Burn Thru From The Inside Of Plenum Think Its A Egr Sticking .....any Help Would Be Appreciated

Need a little more info.
Year/engine.
What do you mean by "burned through"?

I assume it's a non-supercharged car, so did it melt the plastic upper intake manifold, or did it blow it out, or did it flat-out explode?

Either way, the most likely culprit is actually the fuel-pressure regulator. There was a recall for certain years of the Series 2 N/A motor. It would leak, fill the UIM fill vapors that would then explode when the car was started.

Sounds like an L36 that had the EGR stove pipe burn through.

THE CAR IS A 2000 IMPALA 3.8 AND THE PLENUM WAS MELTED THRU FROM THE INSIDE RIGHT BESIDE THE THROTTLE BODY RIGHT WHERE THE EGR IS ............... ALSO NON SUPER CHARGED

You need a new one, there's nothing you can do or fix.
