What pulley size?

Ok this is What I plan on doing.

1.3inch catless downpipe, with 3 inch cat back

2.Whizair intake, 4 inch K+N cone

3.180 t stat

4.colder plugs

possibly a high intake throttle body, spacer and heat shield

What size pulley should I use with this setup? My car is my DD and i dont want to sacrifice reliability. Anyone have an idea of the 1/4 I would run with these mods?

I agree with the 3.5" But I would forget the TB spacer, I've never heard a argument for them on a forced induction setup and that's money you could spend else where.

Ya thats kinda what I was thinking. What kind of 1/4 will I be at with these mods, anyone want to give me an estimate? I really would like to get to about a 13.7, got a certain car in mind that I want to perform as well as. Could someone tell me what I need to get there?

I know that isnt that quick or anything, but I am only 19 and in a real rural area, so its enough to take some V8s around here.

Agreed w/ the 3.5! I have 3.4 pulley, 180 Tstat, 104's, 3'' DP w/cat, 1.9 rockers (springs and retainers), CAI, PCM, aeroforce gauge. I currently have about 0 KR. I ran a 14.2 quarter mile. 1st time at the track.

With the planned mods you listed in your first post + a 3.5" pulley I think it's possible. Traction will be key though.

Oh man now you have me discouraged. You have rockers, plus everything I plan and only run a 14.2. Looks like I will have to either forget 13s or get real serious.

Too be honest dont be. That was my 1st time EVER at the track. I was so intimidated by it all. When my time came up I just mashed on the gas pedal and spun a lot. I trapped a speed of 99 mph. A lot of people say I should be getting into the high 13's. I think I can as well. Just takes practice. I also think that doing that package will be a great bang for the buck.
