Hey hey
Im new to the forums. i was a regular at dodgeintrepid.net and then recently got my 05 GTP with 30k miles. i had the car for 2 weeks before i added the SLP pulley(3.8) and a ZZP wizaird intake. i have a 180 stat ready to be installed and then i plan on switching to a 3.6 pulley. no track times yet but as long as it doesnt rain tomorrow, im going. i cant wait to see how she'll do. wish me luck.

Before you go that small on the pulley, you'd be better served getting a scanner and checking for knock first, then every time you do a performance mod, scan again. It's better than replacing pistons.

Aeroforce is great if your just gonna monitor your permimeters. If you wanna modify and change things. HP tuners is the way to go. I swear by the aeroforce. Best bang for the buck and it does a lot. But if you need to make changes you need a tuner

i also forgot to mention before changing to a 3.6", i wanted to add cold plugs. that should cut back on the KR. on the other hand, the safe way is a tuner.

COlder plugs is a definite. Also drop in that 180 t-stat. Don't go 160 or you'll need it tuned into your PCM. Do you have an AM PCM now? If not go with an Intense PCM I swear by them. The problem you run into and it's not even a problem it's more of just a learning curve. You have a Gen V SC. This SC produces more HP than the more common gen III. So dropping pulley sizes is not the same. For a Gen 3 the most common drop is form a stock 3.8 to a 3.4. With the Gen V it's totally different. Also the PCM will help tune your car and can also elimate some KR. Also some exhaust work will kill some KR. Either Headers or at least a 3" DP with HF cat and u bend delete. You may need an o2 simulator to take care of the effciency of the cat. If it has a U bend get rid of it. Also a nice set of 1.9 roller rockers and ls6 springs will take of any other KR you may have for the time being.
