First off just want to apologize if this is already covered or if I am posting in the wrong spot.
I just bought the car listed above a few months ago and I want to put an air intake, Standard PCM, and full exhaust(including headers) on it all at once. My question is can all this be done without changing anything else with it? Also I am having trouble finding a complete exhaust...would I want to put a 3" on it? Who would you recommend me going through, preferably I would like to have all of the same company throughout, but I do not want to put cheap stuff on the car.
Thank you and I apologize for being such a newbie.

You should probably list if the car is Supercharged or Not..

SLP makes headers and cat-backs.... You don't need 3" at all.

I agree completely with DayDay. If I was in you position I'd go with the following.

PCM
INTENSE-Racing.com: INTENSE™ Reprogrammed 3800 Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Headers
INTENSE-Racing.com: SLP™ Ceramic Coated Headers

HF Cat
INTENSE-Racing.com: SLP™ High Flow Catalyst

Header install Kit
INTENSE-Racing.com: SLP™ Header Installation Kit

Exhaust
INTENSE-Racing.com: SLP "PowerFlo" Stainless Steel Exhaust System, 1997-2007 Grand Prix

Intense Intake
INTENSE-Racing.com: INTENSE™ Fenderwell Intake Kit for 98-05 Cars

OR if you wanna stick with the same brand as your exhaust

SLP Intake
SLP Performance Parts - VIEW P/N: 21039

SLP 3.5" Pulley
SLP Performance Parts - VIEW P/N: 100227A

Intense 3.4" Mod Pulley system.
INTENSE-Racing.com: INTENSE™ Eaton M90 Modular Supercharger Pulley System

At this point if you scan you should be able to drop a pulley size without a problem. Especially with those headers. You could go with a 3.5" or a 3.4". When doing this you may wanna change your plugs to Autolite 104's and change the T-stat to 180 that's cheap money. Also if you do a pulley swap change your belt to a gatorback. This is all assuming your running a GTP. Good luck and don't ever feel your asking a "newbie" question. We've all been there and some of us are more seasoned than others. We're here to help.

Ok a couple more questions. Will the catback bolt directly to the 3" outlet of the cat in the parts that you listed? Well this give me a low roar or will it sound like a 350 with glass packs lol? Also, how hard is it to safely swap out the pulleys as far as properly installing it?

I'm not sure as far as bolting up the whole setup. Sound wise it will be a little deeper than this. You can send Intense or SLP an email and I'm sure they'll be able to tell you.

As far as a pulley swap they're pretty easy. The pullers give you all the directions and make sure you have a lot of anti seize. My first time took me about an hour but I was anal. I drpped from stock to a 3.50. Then later I went from a 3.5 to a 3.4 that swap took about 30 minutes. I'd say under an hour it should take
