harmonic balancer pulley

I have a fwd engine and i cant seem to figure out how to get it off, it is different than the one on my rwd engine

You need a puller like this:

There are 3 bolt holes through the balancer. Some of those puller kits only have 2 of the correct length/size bolts.

When I did it, the ones that fit were 1/4", I think fine thread, not M6. Could be mine was different???

They are originally metric though the standard bolts will thread in. I've used the 1/4 inch bolts when the original bolt holes had been stripped.
