L36 Mods?
A friend of mine has a 04 Bonneville 3800 NA (L36?) and I was wondering what can be done to his to boost performance on a tight budget? Anything that is a good tweak that has some nice gains? He has a K&N in already, but that is it.

If your buddy is on a budget thats about 500 dollars and will give his NA a bit more power.
If he has around a grand or so he can get a HV3 and ER Rockers too.

I would think in the $500 range would be the high end for it.
Does the 3800 respond well to the tune? I know my SC 3800 does, but boosting has that nice effect

top swap it, go to a junk yard find a L67 and get ur top end and kick some ass, befor anyone says it cost to much,its not that much, 20 bucks for head and stuff very cheap

well it depends on a lot of stuff but if he doesnt drive it really hard all the time and isnt makin a whole lot of power it shoul be ok to like 250 275 whp
