A fluke?

well i got done with school and was heading home...i noticed the car was doing wierd things...at a stop light it revved before it went into gear and then once i got home it was choking (a put put sound) and then like 5 mins later it was fine!! and the exhaust really smelt of sulfur

Sulfur smell is a cat going out. I'm willing to bet that when you mash it, it's sluggish, but if you gently ease into the throttle, it's fine.

if its above idle it was fine...seemed like it anyway

we will see what tomorrow brings...also someone said that i might need a plug change? (its been a year or a lil more)

edit..also no lights thrown at me either

Any gm dealer. Replacing cats is free under the emissions laws, at least, thats what I have been told.

I had my cat get clogged last April.

it seems to run fine now any way...and a clogged cat would obviously affect the engine since exhaust isnt passing through very good right?
