i like to have the L26 head casting number and and if the flow better than the L36 head

IIRC the heads are the same only thing that differs is the Upper intake manifold and drive by wire throttlebody

well i know the valve are bigger and i think the compression ratio is also that why i whant the casting number

GTPHIPPIE holds the following arcade championships:

Yes the valves are slightly larger on the heads. 1.83" on intake (1.80" on L36) and 1.52" on the exhaust side was a change made in 2003 on the L36 and continued with the L26

NO the compression ratio is not higher in the L26 motor

The only changes from L36 that are in the L26 are:

Drive by wire Electronic throttle control
Returnless Fuel injection system
Aluminum Upper intake
Improved intake ports
Stronger forged connecting rods

Both the L36 and L26 have 9.4:1 compression
