i got problems after rebuild

after i did the LIM gaskets and let everything sit for a while i fired up the car last night first problem was the vac line to FPR wasnt on so i re-instaslled that then i tried to fire it back up againit stumbled very hard so i played with the throttle and it stayed on but is running very very very rough i checked my wires and grounds and there good if i rev it up she sounds real good anybody have suggestions why i have a low speed misfire like this if everything is good? well seems good and advise would be appreciated
