New N/A setup up and running

Well the Stage 3 setup is up and running. Feels very good and sounds good too! I am a little disapointed with the dyno numbers (221 whp 248 wtq) but I still have room for improvement there. The motor is an L26 short block I got from Ed that only has 3000 miles on it so it still needs to break in and I'm not running synthetic yet. I will post the dyno chart tomorrow.

Here is a sound clip I took real quick, I need to fix the rattling exhaust but everything seems tight so im not sure until I look closer.

Not bad.. Is there any work done to the L26 UIM?

And I gotta say its about time somebody did a true L67 TB swap (instead of drilling the TB for the L36 UIM).

Personally I think its your TC that skews the dyno. Shawn dyno'ed not even 1hp behind you and you were 6tenths faster . N/A vs N/A

There was some discussion of this causing the lower dyno numbers but not sure.

I think with that you will be MUCH closer to were you belong dyno wise..

And if you mind humoring me.. If there is way for you to put your stock L36 TB back on temporaily-do it. I'm thinking that would boost the numbers a bit until you get an HV3...And don't make me explain my theory behind that.

I wont be going to the dyno again till IDD and I am trying to get some 1.7 adjustable RR's before then and maybe the HV3

You're going to put 1.7's on a stage 3 cam? will it handle it?

As for the L67 tb, I dyno'd with a ported Stage 1 ZZP Tb and then with a stocker and lost about 5-7 hp. FWIW.

What is your compression at after the angle milling on the heads? Why not try to maximize compression with thinner head gaskets?

L26 short block = 9.6:1
.052 head gaskets + ~.167
