HELP!!!! Cant figure out whats wrong???

I have a 2001 GTP and i was working on the car and i was installing performance shift to my car and i didnt disconect the battery so when i was pluging it in there was a spark on the computer i didnt think anything of it until i went to start the car up and it just cranks but doesnt start but i did notice that i had one of my tcs off light was staying on that it never did before. i checked all my fuses that i could get to. i noticed that my fuel pump wasnt working so i checked the relays i changed the one for the pump under the hood but not the one that is near the head light i put on new fuel pump in and it still wont start. if anyone might know whats wrong please respond

Check the fuses for the PCM. If those are ok, then I suggest you might have killed your PCM. If so, get with Ed for a replacement.

I'm not trying to be a prick but I have made it a habit to disconnect the battery whenever working on the car. Strange things can come in contact with the post.

And thats why he's still a newbie. That is rule number one! Disconnect the battery before any modifications. It's probably nothing major, but i did seem to have a similar problem after i installed a 3 inch pulley on a mostly stock setup but it turned out to be a rusted coil plug.
