3800 Supercharged Series II engine question?

Hi

I bought a 1997 Buick Park Avenue Ultra wreck car for the engine and transmission, to put into my 87 Fiero GT . The engine/trans only have 71000M (120000KM). My question is, should I replace anything on the 3800 engine prior of putting the engine in my car, exemple head gasgets, timing chain, water pump.... Please give me your advice.

I would. Specially if is a smaller engine bay to work with than the PAve. Do it right the first time. Might as well trow a cam too. :-)
