Is Mitchell WRONG???

Is mitchell on demand 5 wrong? i have the pcm wire scematic for a 99 gtp.It says that pin #10 c2 is ho2s 1 signal ppl wire, and pin #11 c2 is ho2s 2 signal ppl/wht stripe. no i bought a new harness from gm and the ho2 sensor wires are switched. is it wrong or is mitchell on demand? i cant go by my old harness because it was hacked by a previous owner and all the wires he replaced are white. does any 1 know?

which sensor is the exhaust manifold 02 sensor? h02s 1 or h02s 2?
