Will the DTC table on Autotap show missfire codes?

Will the DTC table on Autotap show missfire codes if there is ever a missfire? or do u have to add the missfire cylinders to the regular table to track it?

It will only show if you have enough misfires to set the DTC/SES light. If you want to monitor them at all times, you will have to add the parameters.

ok thanks. are there certain cylinders that would missfire more then others? or should i add all of them?

If you want to monitor them, I would monitor all of them. There isn't necessarily 1 cylinder that misfires more than others. You never know which plug/wire will go bad first.

Are you currently getting random misfires? Are you throwing any misfire codes? P0300?

No prob i was just currious. Now I dont know this for sure but if you add too many things to scan, that it can slow the autotap sown and you wount get as many scans per second. i dont know for sure, just something i heard.
