fixer24 is on a distinguished road
fixer24 holds the following arcade championships:

Backfires thru intake,no power
Need Help Please,96 park ave 3.8l,replace upper intake(coolant liquid locked)
Runs but backfires thru intake and not alot of power. Scan data at 1466 rpm
st trim .79%,lt trim 14.83%,mass 4.4gs,load 5.09,o21 .5-.81,o22 .1-.11,map
32kpa,t/p.39% Fault random misfire. I believe I saw a timing reading of -17.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like it might have gotten messed up when it hydro-locked, i'd do a compression test

Hydro lock = bent rod(s), messed up rod bearing(s), possible unbalanced crank and a whole host of other issues. Never never never use the same engine that hydro locks without a tear down.
