Shifting problems.....

Hope some one knows anyway I was going down the road @ 55 and everytime I gassed it a little it would downshift to second and stay there till I ran it out or let off the gas completely. I pulled over and car was trying to idle at 2 grand popped the hood and vacume T under super charger snout was split and leaking bad. Taped it up as best I could and then car would seem stuck in first then in second real task to get it in third. So today I fixed all leaks took car to tranny shop they said possibly some module but they would have to drop tranny. So I left and ever since I left the car has ran perfectly normal.

Very odd....i forgot to hook that tube back up one time and left it leaking and the car ran and shifted just fine, except for the fact that it was slow as hell thought any boost....If i were you, i'd just cross my fingers. Good luck!
