Still Sputtering

I have had a sputtering problem at shift from 5500 to 6000 for some time now and I did some more test runs today to see if I could learn anything new. Here is my old post.

http://www.3800tech.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1988

Here is what I found out today as far as fuel pressure and wide band readings.
Vacuum
20 Inches 43 PSI
15 Inches 46 PSI
10 Inches 48 PSI
5 Inches 50 PSI
0 Inches 52 PSI
BOOST
5LB 58 PSI
10 LB 60 PSI
My wide band shows 11.5 all the way from 5K to 6K.

What was interesting is my fuel pressure and boost spike when it’s sputtering. The car is backfiring into the manifold. Boost jumps from between 10-15 LBS while it backfires and fuel pressure goes up to 65 PSI I am sure from the FPR getting the extra pressure from the backfire. What can cause the backfire? I need help!

My mod list.
3.1
SLP headers and cat 3" Exhaust
ZZP copied I/C
ZZP copied machined intake
ZZP copied stage 2 ported blower
Intense standard PCM
VS cam with 105# springs
Intense 1.6 rockers
Intense oil restricted pushrods
Intense 2nd generation LSD
Intense TCC 300
Intense shift kit

It was bad plug wires. I had relatively new wires but there were a few bad ones.
