Rocker Ratio for...?
Looking to help the engine suck squish bang and blow a little better. I've got a 3.4, VS Cam, ZZP Stainless headers, 3" catless dp, ZZP PCM and a CAI. I'm looking at a set of Stage 2 heads with 105's. I'm unsure as to what Rocker ratio to go with. any suggestions?

Depends on how much lift you want. What are the cam specs, and how much lift will the stage 2 heads support?
Might as well just put a bigger cam in.... you'd make mroe power doing that than you ever would putting higher ratio rockers on.
Rockers can have a more dramatic effect to your valvetrain with an existing performance cam, then simply a more radical cam alone!! Rockers with increased ratios increase ramp speed which will effect opening /closing rate of the valves, not to mention more duration and lift! Its really tough to duplicate that, with just the net effect of a bigger cam! You'll be surprised on the power gains along with better street manners your car will have with just installing higher ratio rockers, staggered setups, etc.

I have to apologize for my ignorance on this topic, but thats why I'm asking here. If i were to rebuild the stock heads with 130# Springs, will that allow a higher ratio rocker? Or am i completely off base in that assumption...the heads requiring work for added clearance? What i'm looking to do here more than anything, is compliment the VS, and add a little more oomph in the mid to high range on stock heads

You really can't use the stock head unless the valve guide is machined for more lift.
Two things will limit you from adding lift, the valve seal to retainer clearance and the valve springs you choose.
Aftermarket heads are typically clearnanced for .600" lift and then the only thing holding you back would be the springs. However you should always measure. Another thing to consider is the spring seat to retainer height, stock heads with milled retainers usually measure in a 1.78" whereas machined heads should measure 1.800" which is the expected height for most aftermarket springs.

This set up is similar to what my Bonneville has. It has INTENSE Stage 3 heads wit ha S1X Cam and 1.8 :1 Rockers. as long as the heads can support the extra lift it makes for a better flowing but still street able set up compared to a full stage 3.
