nice on those k20 trannys 1st and 3rd gear are very close in the pattern and its very easy to do that. in fact my buddy did that in his car in the interstate he broke a few lifters and i think it broke the exhaust cam too. he was lucky enough to slam the clutch back in before the tach got much over 8k rpm.
